We're happy to announce that starting September 1st, we'll be offering remote training sessions over Skype.  These are 1-on-1 sessions with video and voice chat, and best of all, they can done from anywhere in the world.

Whether you're travelling on business or too busy to get out of the house you can train with us and stay fit, healthy, and happy.
