30 getups
30 curls with heavy dumbbells
30 shoulder press with heavy dumbbells
100 crossover situps
5 min skip knees

60 side situps on stab ball (each)
45 sec plank
30 sec side plank (each)
200 small leg lifts
45 sec plank
50 fire hydrants (each)
30 supermans

Old Skool Kung Fu

50 strides
10 fingertip pushups
10 knuckle pushups
100 regular pushups
100 alternating lunges
50 squats
10 burpees
20 v situps
20 crossover situps
100 crunches
100 regular situps (legs straight)

15 minutes skip knees to finish.

30 Olympic bar press behind the neck
40 pushups
1 set of stairs
5 min skip knees
80 alt dumbbell curls
40 alt dumbbell hammer curls
50 alt leg lifts (swimmers)
50 pushouts
100 russian twists
5 min skip knees
1 round 3 min thai pads or 150 squats
