Sanshou for MMA class takes key concepts from Sanshou and explains how to apply them to the various disciplines of MMA.

Signature Sanshou techniques include the Sanshou sidekick. Different from other sidekicks from other styles, the Sanshou sidekick’s mechanics make it the most devastating kick in all of martial arts.

Sanshou takedowns employ dynamic techniques like catching an opponent’s kick and sweeping his other leg from under him.
